1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

Note: High-volume sales periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) may cause minor delays. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can track your order with delivery carrier on their portal once the tracking number is provided

4. Shipping Issues

• Damage/Loss: Urban Mosaic Market is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
• Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.

• Delivery Deadline (EU Requirement): Unless otherwise agreed with you, we must deliver the goods within 30 calendar days from the day after your order was placed. If we fail to deliver within this period, you have the right to request a new, reasonable delivery period. If we fail to meet the new deadline, you have the right to cancel the contract and receive a full refund.

• Risk: Under EU consumer law, the risk of loss and damage to the goods passes to the consumer only when you or a third party indicated by you has acquired physical possession of the goods. We, the seller, are responsible for any loss or damage that occurs before the item is physically delivered to you.
• Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@urbanmosaicmarket.comwith photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will guide you through the process of replacing the item or filing a claim with the carrier.
• Loss: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will initiate an investigation and offer a full refund or replacement.
• Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
